Ben Solomon is a senior partner and co-founder of the Firm. Mr. Solomon serves as general counsel to hundreds of community associations and condominiums throughout Florida on all aspects of their legal matters. Ben Solomon also represents real estate developers including Lennar Homes, the largest residential builder in Florida and the second largest in the nation. Mr. Solomon has extensive experience in the legal design of residential and commercial development projects and has legally designed, counseled, and turned over hundreds of community and condominium associations. Ben Solomon also has significant experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation and receivership. During his career, Mr. Solomon has worked on contracts and transactions totaling billions of dollars in value.
Ben Solomon is currently the managing partner of a separate boutique law firm, Solomon & Furshman, LLP, which focuses on developer representation and is also a partner in Title Company of Florida, LLC, an award winning, attorney-owned and operated title company concentrating in real estate transactions and receivership. Before starting the Firm, Mr. Solomon was an attorney with the national law firm of Duane Morris, LLP. While at Duane Morris, Ben Solomon practiced in all areas of developer representation and was the attorney for some of the largest developers in the country including Toll Brothers.
Mr. Solomon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University where he majored in Public Relations. He then received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law and also studied law at the College of London. Ben Solomon currently serves as First Vice President and Board Member to the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Dade County Bar Association. Mr. Solomon is also currently an instructor for the Realtors Association.

Ben Solomon has authored articles in the Florida Community Association Journal and also published his own column “Solomon’s Law” in the following Miami Community Newspapers: Cutler Bay News,South Miami News, Palmetto Bay News, Miami Gardens News, Kendall Gazette, Aventura News, Doral Tribune, Sunny Isles Beach Sun, Biscayne Bay Tribune, and the Pinecrest Tribune. Mr. Solomon also co-authored an article in The Florida Bar publication Action Line entitled “Homeowners Associations in Florida: Issues and Analysis for the Real Estate Developer.”
