

Howard Weinberg serves as the Firm’s Director of Business Development. He brings over two decades of legal experience to ALG. Mr. Weinberg’s multi-faceted career has provided him with invaluable insight into the constantly evolving legal needs of community associations. Prior to joining ALG, Howard directed business development at the nation’s largest residential property management company. Mr. Weinberg also served for several years as General Counsel for a prominent architectural firm that specialized in designing luxury condominiums and planned communities. Howard also served two terms as Vice Mayor/Commissioner in Surfside, Florida, an idyllic oceanfront municipality with a mix of single family homes and condominiums. In his capacity as a public servant, Mr. Weinberg fought for new and stronger legislation to better protect the rights of community associations.
Howard earned a Business Degree from the University of Miami, a Master’s Degree in Government from Georgetown University and his Law Degree from Boston University. He is admitted to the Bar in Florida, Washington, D.C. and Connecticut.
Mr. Weinberg is an adoption advocate, a Little League Baseball coach and a former survivor interviewer for Steven Speilberg’s Shoah Visual History Foundation.
