Jeff Cooperman is a Special Counsel with the Firm. Mr. Cooperman represents community and condominium associations on general real estate matters. Jeff Cooperman also represents real estate developers on all aspects of their development projects including acquisitions, drafting condominium and homeowner association documents, preparing purchase and sale agreements, and turning over associations.
Before joining the Firm, Jeff Cooperman practiced as a criminal defense attorney for the Law Offices of the Public Defender for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Cooperman is also currently an associate attorney with a separate boutique law firm, Solomon & Furshman, LLP, which focuses in developer representation.
Mr. Cooperman earned his undergraduate degree in International Politics from the University of Denver and the received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Cooperman is a member of The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Dade County Bar Association.
