Kim Pham is an associate with the Firm and focuses in real estate litigation including foreclosure, receivership, eviction, and injunctive relief cases. Kim Pham also represents homeowner and condominium associations in their general real estate legal matters. Additionally, Ms. Pham has experience in business consulting and transactional law.
Kim Pham received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. Through UCLA, Ms. Pham attended Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey, where she studied Middle Eastern politics and history. Kim Pham also received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School. Kim Pham is licensed to practice law in both California and Florida. Ms. Pham is a member of The American Bar Association, The Los Angeles County Bar Association, The State Bar of California, and The Florida Bar Association.
