Nicole Vaagenes earned an undergraduate degree in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Thereafter she earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School of Law, where she was awarded the Certificate for Achievement, and the Excellence for Future Award in Trusts and Estates. After law school, Ms. Vaagenes practiced law as an estate planning and probate attorney in Florida. Ms. Vaagenes is a member of The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Dade County Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association and practiced law in both jurisdictions. In the District of Columbia, Nicole Vaagenes managed discovery in complex litigation cases and corporate compliance in mergers and acquisitions.
