Request A Payoff

For all payoff requests, please click here and fill out our electronic payoff request form which will automatically be sent to our payoff department, or if you prefer click here to print out a payoff request form and fax the same to our payoff department at (305) 938-6919. If you are someone other than the person named on the title of the property, please click here to print out a third party authorization form, have the title holder fill out the form, and fax the same to (305) 938-6919. We will not be able to process any payoffs for third parties without this form. All payoff requests with the proper paperwork will be responded to as soon as possible and in no event later than the statutorily permitted time period.

After receiving the correct payoff amount from ALG, homeowners may also make credit card payments by clicking here, printing out the form, and returning the same to ALG at (305) 938-6919.

ALG also has legal assistants available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist delinquent homeowners in satisfying their accounts.
