Ben Solomon is the owner and Managing Partner of award-winning law firm, Association Law Group (ALG).  For over 20 years, Mr. Solomon has served as general counsel to hundreds of community associations and condominiums throughout Florida on all aspects of their legal matters including premier projects such as the Four Seasons Surf Club, SLS Lux, Brickell Heights, Ritz Carlton Residences, and Paramount Miami World Center, to name a few.  Ben Solomon also represents real estate investors, banks, hotels, REITS, and real estate developers including Lennar Homes, the largest homebuilder in Florida.

 

Mr. Solomon advises clients on billions of dollars’ worth of real estate assets encompassing millions of square feet of improved real estate and thousands of acres of developable land.  Mr. Solomon also has extensive knowledge in legally designing residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects and has counseled and turned over hundreds of communities and condominiums.  Additionally, Ben Solomon has significant experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation, receivership, and business.  During his career, Mr. Solomon has worked on contracts and transactions totaling billions of dollars in value.

 

Before starting ALG, Mr. Solomon was an attorney with the national law firm of Duane Morris, LLP, where he represented some of the top builders in the country including Toll Brothers. Mr. Solomon graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University where he majored in Public Relations.  Ben Solomon also studied law at the College of London and received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ben Solomon does significant pro bono work for those in need and sponsors, participates, and supports philanthropic organizations including, among others, Big Brother Big Sister, Boys and Girls Club, Dolphins Cancer Challenge, and MS Society.
