David Krempa is a Partner with the Firm and represents homeowners and condominium associations on all aspects of their general real estate legal matters and specializing in collections.

Before joining the firm, David was an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office Child Support Enforcement Division. Prior to that David began his career representing homeowners in foreclosure and other general civil litigation matters.

A native of Port Chester, New York, David attended State University of New York at Albany where he graduated Cum Laude receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. He received his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. David is a member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
