Michael A. Furshman is a co-founder of the Firm. Mr. Furshman represents real estate developers, investment funds and other corporate clients on all aspects of their legal matters including the legal design of residential and commercial development projects. Mr. Furshman also has significant experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation and receivership.
Michael A. Furshman is also the co-founder of Title Company of Florida, LLC. With over twenty years of experience, Mr. Furshman has conducted or participated in commercial and residential real estate transactions worth billions of dollars. Through his many years of experience, Mr. Furshman has gained invaluable knowledge regarding title insurance and the title underwriting process. In addition, Mr. Furshman was a co-founder and principal of Association Law Group, P.L., a full-service law firm dedicated to the representation of condominium and homeowners associations throughout Florida.
Prior to starting the firm, Mr. Furshman was an attorney at Catlin, Saxon, Tuttle, and Evans, P.A., where his practice focused on the representation of institutional lenders and real estate developers on various residential and commercial transactions. After several years, Mr. Furshman became an attorney at the national law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP where he represented investment firms, pension funds and banks in connection with commercial mortgage loan transactions and mezzanine financings. Additionally, while at Stroock, Mr. Furshman represented real estate developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and management of commercial properties. After Stroock, Mr. Furshman became an attorney with the national law firm of Duane Morris, LLP, where he represented national developers in connection with all aspects of developing property in Florida.
