Governing Documents
We are experts of reviewing and drafting association governing documents. Our attorneys have extensive experience in drafting amendments to a variety of governing documents, including bylaws, articles of incorporation, and declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
Collections including Lien and Foreclosure Services
We work closely with associations to collect on delinquent accounts. We send demand letters, file liens and in cases where the delinquency remains unresolved, we file foreclosure.
