Ms. James is a partner with the Firm and represents homeowners and condominium associations on all aspects of their general real estate legal matters. Her practice includes foreclosure litigation and collections.
Ms. James earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School of Law. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. James earned an honors award in her litigation skills class.
Ms. James is licensed to practice law in Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, as well as the Dade County Bar Association. Currently, she serves as a Director for the Dade County Bar Association.
