
Lilliana has been representing community associations for over 20 years. In addition to her experience in assisting community associations in their day-to-day business, management and the operational aspects of governing their communities, she assists Boards of Directors, unit owners and community association managers in analyzing and resolving their often complex contractual and transactional disputes .
Ms. Farinas-Sabogal is also Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Condominium & Planned Development Law. Board certification is the Florida Bar’s highest level of competence, professionalism, and expertise and requires peer review, ongoing education, and a rigorous exam.

Ms. Farinas-Sabogal’s practice further extends to involvement and expertise in appellate drafting, practice and proceedings. She has handled appeals involving a broad range of subject matters and argued before a number of tribunals. For ten years, she was an Adjunct Professor at St. Thomas University, School of Law, and taught Appellate Advocacy, Legal Research and Writing and Advanced Legal Research and Writing.
